    HISTORY
The original factory was located at kirks mill being converted from a cotton mill into a furniture manufacturer in 1886 they stayed at kirks mill until 1949 when they built a new factory across the road and this became the main production centre for hj berry and sons until 2010 when creditors moved in and backed administrators into closing the long standing bisuness , the original mill was powered by a 32 foot water wheel which stayed spinning until the company moved into its new factory

    REPORT
So ive been sitting on this piece of information passed onto me by a friend who happened upon it while out for a drive , knowing im into the odd bit of exploring he gladly gave up the location but access details were sketchy at best, anyway ive planned to go so many times but there was always something else to see first so kept it on the back burner until it felt right to make the visit.
Me and @godgp78 arrived just before lunch time and spent the best part of an hour looking about the site no obvious was in and every window, door, in house, out house and dog house had anti vandal paint smeared in copious ammounts all about them. there was a small window up on the roof but once inside it was clear they had sealed this part off from the rest of the factory and the two foot gap between me and the cast iron spiral staircase was a ball ache especially if you slip and fall 25 feet into concrete .
Plan b we scoured the land for another 20 minutes becoming a little disheartened at the fact we were so close theni noticed the latch on the upper window was open BINGO a sketchy makeshift ladder was what we needed anyway we were in found a great explore

the reason ive marked this as a new explore is I cant find any other person whos done it, on with some piks

Looks half decent but unfortunately you don't get any bonus points for it being a (new location)

Nice find. Looks like there's some interesting bits and bobs still in there. Really like that dual stair shot.

Sure I've seen this on Deserted Places lol

Looks decent enough mate. Even with all the grease ;)

Although for a minute I thought it was one of Cameltoes rides you'd hidden away indoors

Nice. Not so keen on giving my full name away with watermarks though.
