Hi i was wondering if there"s any Lightroom 5 users out there that may be able to help me with an issue?.......no not that one :)

I do the usual thing of Importing into LR5 from a host Folder (either off the PC HD or an Ex Drive) do whatever i do with the edited pics into a new folder and jobs done.

But after shutting LR5 down or importing a new folder into LR5 the original source folder is now empty  this has only recently happened and try as i can i can"t seem to find anything in the Menus that would cause this to happen, such as an after export delete source folder option in any of the menus so it either LL has issues or i"m managing to completely miss something obvious ( probably the latter :)

Any constructive advice welcome please :)

Only thing I can think is that you've got the 'wrong' option highlighted on the 'Import' dialog screen: across the top after selecting 'Import', I see 'Copy as DNG' 'Copy' 'Move' and 'Add' - I have 'Add' highlighted on mine. Perhaps you've got something else inadvertantly highlighted?

Oh, I read it and laughed - don't kid yourself. Then offered you a solution.
