I can't find much history about this place other then whats below, It is a moderately small hospital with the main building being 3 folks high, most of the windows are boarded up so it is pretty dark inside apart from the odd bit of light bursting in. The hospital is made up of 3 main developments, the original workhouse is the oldest part of the site with some extensions that were added on in the 70's. The hospital also has its own chapel located at the west end of the main building.

I love this report - has some gimp thrown hypodermic needles all over the floor there?

There's a few used needle boxes scattered about so you need to keep an eye on where your stepping

I've heard that, since from 2009, they upped the ante on security in that place, with on-site officers and CCTV. Did you have any trouble with this?
