    Still welded im afraid. Post sits on top of a hill with stunning views of rural wiltshire. Mere is a master post, unfortunately no internal pictures exist.

    Lovely day for it though.

    Here is an update on this ROC post. Someone has recently removed the concrete seal around the access hatch. I live nearby and have waited for this for a long time. When I went down the shaft the door to the main room was jammed as the floor inside had warped. After some pushing and shoving we gained access. Therefore we were the first to access this room since it was sealed and expected it to be in good condition. Unfortunately there was little remaining. However the lack of graffiti (apart from one rather tame example on the wall) indicated it had not been vandalised beyond removal of items before it was sealed.

    No offence but I find it hard to believe someone would go to all the effort of chiselling away the concrete from around the hatch but then not actually go through the door because it was a bit stiff!.
