Apologies Mods if this is placed in the wrong part of the forum - thought it was some useful information

Interesting turns of events for this property as a new owner has purchased it and recently started restoring the building. Had a brief conversation with him about his plans and how previous individuals exploring the inside had caused some serious vandalism (sadly) on the building when he's trying to preserve as much of the history as possible.

It was more the local kids and drug use that went on in there, nothing to do with explorers.

Unfortunately the owner doesn't know the difference but regardless i agree @Lenston that its very unlikely any of the UE individuals were the cause of the vandalism in and around the property.
