    Hi guys!

I am Janine, greetings! Always had a love of ghost towns....so guess this is my new hobby!

Was hoping to start soon with Camalot....but I see it is getting ripped down imminently. I guess I may have to find another place to pop my Urbex cherry.

Anyone got and good North Wales/Manchester/Chester/Liverpool area places for me to cut my teeth on?

    Onwards to adventures!

There are three well known derelict hospitals in the north Wales area that are easy enough to explore.I went to Rhyl a few weeks ago and to be honest most of it was on a par with camelot but at least they have the decency to knock camelot down..lol
Just type an area into the search bar and you will get loads of suggestions, other than that just get out and have a look round you will be amazed at what you can find ifd you look.
    Happy hunting:D

Industrial, hospital, asylum, theme parks. Just getting into this so anything to set me off would be a good one. Really into coal mining history so collieries would be epic; there is a coal field in Flintshire but I am not aware of any buildings still standing.

Time to raid the search box I think XD

-also £5 in the cumalot swear box please, don't care if you're a noob, read the FAQ- any mention of that hell pile known as camelot shall result in a £5 involuntary contribution to the cumalot swear box, only pokin welcome to 28, plenty about up north, st josephs seminary is one of my faves up that way

Cheer for the advice (and the swear box has been noted, and will be respected always!). I have my safety buddy with me, and I will never go alone!

I did explore 0.5km of a flooded mine drainage adit in Bristol a few years ago which was pretty awesome....I will try and dig out the photos and write a little report on that to contribute to the cause :)
