Not much to see here, usual massive mill with only a bit left thats worth photographing but it was dark and we fancied something new and something to Flash bend

Naylor Jennnings' Dyeworks was built on the former site of Green Lane Mill that was built in 1868 by Thomas Pratt but destroyed by fire in 1906, it was rebuilt as a dyeworks in 1907.

Nothing much to be found about these guys the company sadly went under in 2002 and the place have been semi-occupied since. Developers are trying to buy the site to knock down and build houses. I believe it may finally be going ahead as only the 2 chimneys are listed and they are going to stay, walking around the site its hard to imagine how there going to keep them as they kind of sit on the roof and dont have there own "stack" at the bottom.

    Anyways picturingtons away!

Was great to be out in the dark. Winter is an awesome time for mooching, reminded me of all the fun we had last year.
