I currently have about 4 dslr cameras, Canon , Nikon, Olympus, Pentax (K-50) and Sony (A77), most except the last two routinely gather dust.

The last two are excellent, except for tethering options.

I'm looking for a new interchangeable lens camera.
    Mandatory stuff is
Weather sealed (although I rarely change lens, as I have a second camera), it's often bolted to a roof top for hours on end.
Optical stabilisation in the body (although, 60% of my work is tripod and remote operation)
Dual memory cards - I like redundancy
100% viewfinder - no more missing the blue frog
    Live view
    Tethering with full control.

What does the panel think I should get?

You are better off asking a photography forum.

Or you could borrow this I wedged underneath a wonky table leg.

Well, if you're looking for the gps and wifi, then it's a more modern things so yeah. Unsure if the 6D has it, but for everything else you've listed, 6D is good(or the Nikon equivalent which I can't remember the name of!). But expensive, depends how much cash you've got. :thumb
More money you have, the more you're going to get out of it. :)

Thanks for the useful comments. I've bought most of my cameras after DPRing. Money is an issue, I don't like to pay more than £1K for a body, I usually buy, after they dropped in price / ebay / dealer. Pity I missed photkino this year.

The Canon 6D is a cracking little camera as everyone suggests, I regularly crank mine to ISO 3200 and get very usable images out of it. Super light and can be picked up used for around the £1k mark.

The built-in GPS/Wifi is a pretty handy feature, HOWEVER it doesn't have dual memory card slots or stabilisation built into the body. If that's a dealbreaker maybe look at the Sony A7 series, they rule the roost on in-body IS.

6D doesn't have stabilisation in the body, I don't think any Canon does. No two memory card slots. Viewfinder is nearly 100%, it has gps and wifi though. Not too sure about the weather sealing, not really checked mine as I have no need for weather proofing. Live view is a bit pooey to be honest, looks ok but needs two shutter presses to shoot. You can tether with full control using their supplied software. The ISO expands to 102K and is very noisy but lower than 54k is fantastic in low light. DOF preview button is in an awkward place, at about the 8.00 position when viewed from the front rather than 4.00 like on all other Canons.
From your list you need to be looking at the Canon 5Dmk3 or Nikon equivelant, but it doesn't have wifi or gps.

@ Slayaaa, I had a 1d Mk1, great for shooting sports as it can do 10fps, or knocking nails in as its bloody heavy, 100% viewfinder but still a 1.3 cropped sensor.
