I remember a film on Channel 4, a Sunday evening, 5 or 6 years ago, about the long-term effect on urban society -- I think it was New York -- of the complete removal of electricity, following some catastrophe. It was a drama-doc, I think. Can anyone help identify it? (It *wasn't* Blackout - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077241/)

It was extremely disturbing, in a Threads style.

    Thanks!
    Toby
