    Professor Fink has comprehensively covered the history of Nutbourne Brickworks in his report here so I won’t bore you with the details again but I did, however, manage to find out that Millgate Homes purchased the site in 2000 with the intention of redevelopment for residential purposes….

    It was a very quiet explore with the occasional noise from wildlife and the creaking of a building, which is quite literally on its knees…

    There is a new planning permission in on this property dated 8th October 2010. Anyone who has not been had better get on with it while it remains.

    No security of any kind when I was there recently.
