Saw this pop up after The Queen visited it, so thought I would head up and have a look with my mini me explorer. Great find by SarahSaw and a nice one to wander around. situated what was one a nice view out to sea, all I can say is that the view of the sea has got a tad closer over the years. I set up all the shots and mini me did the hard work by hitting the shutter button

    History
There is not much to go on apart fro what The Queen had found so here you go and thank you:
It was once inhabited by a lady called Barbara Harriet Gaul, a married woman who died on 26th March, 1976. http://www.london-gazette.co.uk/issu...12069/page.pdf

A Housing Prohibition Order was recently served (reason- "Dilapidated Property and Unsafe Housing conditions") circa 2012

Tried to explore here recently however was all locked up with paint cans everywhere and what looks like the oven from this report dumped outside. Seems that someone's bought it and is doing it up.
Disappointed we didn't get there in time but looks great here. :thumb

    Edit:
The chairs from inside were put near this chimney of a demolished house just behind it!

Someone has always owned it, I got an e-mail from a concerned friend of said owner. Best left alone now....

That's fair enough, I didn't realise. Just thought I'd have a little look while I was in the area as I was told about it by a friend.
Looks a lovely place anyway, they're lucky to have it. :)
