    Hi Everyone,

This is my second report. I had read about this farm on another forum and dare I say it pinterest.
I personally love residential explores because I love seeing different ways of life.

    History

Not much can be found on the history of the farm and cottage. It does come up in the local council newsletter talking about condition of it but that about it. It is set in beautiful countryside, the views it has on the back in its heyday, before the over growth are breathtaking. What a place to live, such a such it has come to this ruin.
Previous visitors have suggested that a son and daughter in-law lived with his mother until her passing in 2002.
However, I would more suggest that it was just the elderly couple that were here, I can imagine the lady of the house being stubborn and not moving out. Weird how to can pick up a vibe.
They were quite the collectors, there was one cupboard full of farmers weekly, birthdays cards around, postcards, drawings from the grandchildren.
It is obvious that someone has tried to clean up the place, but has given up and I don't blame them , the house packed with things, so many trinkets etc.

The visit itself was very chilled out. No hassle getting in. The cars out side have really been taken over now with nature really taking over. The cottage itself had loads of character still, its really was a modern small scale working farm. No luxuries here. Anyway I'll let the photos do all the talking.

Thanks for looking, hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

I know. Things have been moved around, like the clocks put all together, plus some joker put that corset on the bed too!

Hello, this house actually belongs to someone who is living! You are not only intruding into but trespassing someone's life. I have contacted the police and sent details of this and other posts to them.
This site should take this down immediately.

Really weird that was. Plus Mr. W should know Google is an urbex' friend, his facts aren't correct either.

You can still own a derelict house, I own an abandoned wheelbarrow, a decaying spade and a disused fork, reminds me that I have to go down my allotment and ask the urban explorers nicely to leave :thumb
