    Evening Guys,

Solo visit. I've posted this in the member's area, as it's still very much a live site and there was plenty of evidence of recent activity. As an extra treat the works house an old steam locomotive built at Wolverton in 1862. However I doubt the locomotive is in working order. The lights were still on, and the 50Hz humm of electricity devices added to the atmosphere of the explore.

The Wolverton works are now operated by Railcare, who specialise in rolling stock overhaul, maintenance and incident repair.
