Random Bunkers on Beach- Bridlington-July 2015

    hey guys i went on holiday to bridlington, we decided to go to the beach and found a quiet spot. However, we spotted some random bunker style buildings that look like they had fallen off the cliffs ( Yorkshire has the fastest eroding coastline in the uk.) So i decided to check them out.

    This was the smaller of the 2

    On Closer inspection the smallest one was sealed up

    Nice one ,wonder if they were for anything like local radio mast or just for home guard use

    found out they are pillboxes used by home-guard and the defence of the British coastline
