Met up with Els on a horribly rainy afternoon and headed down the ladder and into the tunnels.
After wading for what seemed like forever we made our way back through taking photos,
This was my first time somewhere like this although not alot to see it was good fun,
Some photos are a bit blurry due to the fast flowing water this was the best i could do...

    History
The River Lea (or Lee) in England originates in Marsh Farm, Leagrave, Luton in the Chiltern Hills and flows generally southeast, east, and then south to London where it meets the River Thames, the last section being known as Bow Creek.

    Thanks for the comments.
A dinghy would be great in parts of here,
This place is usually alot calmer I should think rain was hammering down, best time to go id say.

Surprised you didn't see more rats, I used to work in Mill Street and we had some real whoppers!
