    some history:
Two business men Forthergill and Harvey in 1910, made it a cotton yarn and cloth manufacturer. In 1987 the business was bought by Courtaulds, which make fabics and chemicals and then was bought by Tygaflor Ltd, who producer lino flooring, but now stands empty and derelict and has been for a number of years.

    the visit:
the access becomes obvious when you have a scan around the outside but Once your inside though be careful as the floors are not very safe and you are taking every step lightly hoping you are not gunna fall through (yes the floor is that fragile and soft) also may help if you had a torch handy, some parts of the mill are in darkness. it has been trashed by vandals and smackheads so dont expect a kings palace adventure.

no exterior photo was taken so i took this off the web

It looks quite nice from the outside (a little odd for a mill to look nice). The inside looks pretty interesting too but as you mentioned in the report, the floor does look a bit sketchy in places.

@Bigian88 the outside is or was a nice feature shame it couldnt be said for the inside no thanks to the vandals and also the appearance of dry rot eating away.
