Report - Rogate ROC Post - Sussex Group 05/08/07

    My first unlocked one..w00t! :D

    Was a very impromptu visit - were on the way to the horses and I carry my camera on me quite a lot, especially as I do wildlife photography (horses..)..there was a torch in the car..go figure

    Totally trashed and was next to a chavvy estate..hence the welly boots and stuff..but i'm happy (TimTom, I promise to tell you next time i'm going)

    It's slightly off the beaten track

    If you are coming from Petersfield, head up the old A3, turn right into Rogate..

    You'll come to a place called "Parsonage road", take the left turning and go to the end..you'll see a footpath, follow it to the top of the hill

    ..don't do what I did and get a bit lost and nearly rip your nads off because of the barbed wire :mad:

    edit - yes it was a '68 closure..how could you tell? :eek: must be clued up on your ROC post knowledge
