Visited with Electro (who put up with me taking forever to take my pics;)) also met Silksheen at the start of the tunnel. First people I have ever met from the forum:thumb

Was a good little walk, spent a while down there as I knew I wasn't likely to be down there ever again.

The strobe bit at the end was pretty cool, specially with the silloutte of the security guard just in front.

    anyway, my pics...

    Re: Royal Mail Tunnel, B'ham - 24/06/07 - REPORT

The Mailbox (now trendy shopping centre) used to be Birminghams main sorting centre and this tunnel connects the office to New Street station not far away so the mail could be fast tracked to the platform and off onto the railway. The tunnel can only be accessed through a security swiped door so this current art exhibition is the only way you can view it.
