I have these pics from about a year or so ago and thought i should post them.

There are 2 cranes, Samson and Goliath, with Samson being the largest.

The only difference between now and then is the re-generation of the area surrounding the shipyard where the construction of hotels, office space etc is ongoing.

The yard is a shadow of its former self when it employed 35,000 workers at its peak.

I hope to get back up again to take updated pics soon.

I think the dock behind it is where the Titanic was built and launched.

    Thanks for looking,
