First let me say that this is a post of aerial photos, I have yet to get inside. So no internal shots.

In July I saw a post by Sparky. [Mod Edit -Removed reference to other forum]It inspired me to take my hexacopter out and get some aerial shots of what I could of Severalls. Not what you usually get on here but I still thought it might have been of interest so hope no one minds.

The main focus was the water tower because I could easily keep the copter within eye sight but there are a few other buildings too. From up high you really can see how overgrown with vegetation the 300 acre site is.

You can see where I launched from I was right on the pallisade boundary fencing within where buildings are in use today. A few people drove past including a possible groundskeeper but they no one was really fussed. I was in plain view of the still functioning parts of Severalls and it was the middle of the day.

The main focus was the water tower on this flight but I do plan on returning from the other side and getting a lot more in. Happy to show anyone who is in the area.

The photos were taken from 1080p 60fps video footage.

Raw footage straight from the copter. No post stablisation.
