Seeing as the weather was good and we were scouting round Digbeth Tunnel Lover and myself decided to take the opportunity to try this site. Not too much ahd changed since T.L's initial visit last year apart from a few demo signs being taken down and the perimeter being secured. The site itself consisted of a reasonable sized building sub divided into a cafe, a lithographics workshop and a boys club which housed Small Heath boxing club.

It would appear that British waterways are the current owners of the building and i fear that it will soon be gone to make way for progress just like the old UB40 studios that were next door, they are unfortunately a pile of rubble:(
After a ressauringly awkward access the building revealed it's former glory as we moved through it different sections. Anyway enough talk...

Once inside we started at the bottom taking in the lithographics workshop, complete with lab.

Unfortunately there seemed no way into the cafe but we weren't too fussed about seeing that as it was the boxing club which we came for.

The weights room still intact with old training machines. The feature i found more interesting in this and the other rooms on the upper floors were the original shutters on the windows.
