Well it seems I am always playing catchup with my explores, I know its been done but we did almost all of it today minus the chapel (looked boring) and the other small outer building.

Went to Runwell last night and it was terrible, all plain, stripped out, although one room was slowly flooding so looks like pikeys had been at work pretty recently. So to compensate went out today to do St. Albrights.

It was awesome! Very relaxing as we weren't scared about security (there was none!:thumb ). Lots of cool things left in there to make it interesting and even got to the lift shaft and got the lift moving manually!

Pics are a lil blurry I'm afraid :(

Been done but here is the bell tower, just for reference in later pics ;)

There were tampons dotted all over this hospital! Most likely all from here, were loads left in there too!

Aerial view of the lift shaft

Tube from the lift operation room to the bell tower, maybe for a bell rope? Anyway was no access to the tower unfortunately.

The machinery in the lift room, we managed to work the lift manually to achieve one of my other pics below

Found a way into a micro loft which had a door to the roof which went into a tank room. This was sitting on top of the tank room, highest accessible point I think. As you can see I am very close to the bell tower!

Although there was a fair amount of damage here on the whole it is in surprisingly good condition. Very little graphitti, some materials stripped but glass panels all over the place not damaged.

Keys glorious keys!! There was another cupboard full of them and labels telling you what they are for!

    New life on its way

    From abandoned to used

Us in the liftshaft, a vertical panorama

A 360 panorama from the highest point we reached. It is 40% of its original size and half the quality so can provide a full res if requested :)
*Will re-up at some point, removed to meet forum rules :)*

Well I hope you like my report, will deffo be going back here!
