Thanks to Shatners for helpful advice.

Visited on a very cold snowy morning.

Got on site and headed straight over to this building (following my fail of loosing my torch and getting caught in/at the boys home a couple of days before. Which I should apologise to explorers for... Sorry).

As I was walking up to this building there was a women sat outside (which was weird.), we saw, heard and knew each other were there; so I couldn't turn around now. She asked straight away "What are you doing here?" so I said "I'm just going for a walk/wonder. I've stepped in a lot of poo (felt important that she knew this, ha). What are you doing here?", she replied with "I work here. You shouldn't be here." (I think she was there eating/smoking before she started work/on a break.)
So apologised and quickly 'left'... walked around in a circle (back to the road - off then back on the site) then hid in the bushes next to the building stalker-ish style until she left.

Waited about 20 minutes in total (she left within the first 5), then was time to go in and explore.

As I was inside the hospital I saw her walking back and forth in the grounds emptying buckets, she didn't come back over here though thankfully.
