couldnt find much info on the house, used to be a surgery and closed about a year or so ago when the new surgery opened up the road

A building previously used as a doctor's surgery could be turned into residential accommodation.

A planing application has been handed into Worcester City Council to turn what used to be St John's House Surgery into apartments.

The move could see 11, one-bed apartments built, with an enclosed refuse and cycle shed and electric entrance gates.

The building was last served as a doctor's surgery in March, when the relocation to a new site was made official.

St John's House Surgery was moved onto the university park site, also on Bromyard Road, under the new name St John's House Medical Centre.

The new medical centre has continued to be a teaching surgery, and works in partnership with the University of Worcester to teach students.

The application can be commented on by visiting planning.worcester.gov.uk

The application's reference is L14K0054, and remains undecided.

Great pictures, my Mother worked there for almost 10 years until they recently moved into the new Center just up the A44 near the big round-a-bout, I even did some "work experience" there for a week or so a couple years back!
