I've passed this place so many times in the car and never noticed it. I also cant find in on the forum anywhere. Sorry the pictures are a bit naff. My mum wanted her camera back, but she gave me her old one. Its quite good (for its age), but the memory card inside is 16 mb... and the current SD cards wont work. So I had to use my phone in the dark.

....It'll do until I aquire the will power to stop buying guitar effects pedals and put the money towards a D-SLR.

    HISTORY

St Johns, is a Church of England Infants and Junior School located in New Springs, Wigan.
There isnt much information on the internet about this school, but I found a school class picture from 1998 and with the information I have gathered from work Colleagues, that was the last year the school operated. It closed down as well as two others in the area to make way for a much larger Primary school down the road. For obvious reasons I dont want to ask to many questions about local schools as my colleagues dont know I like exploring and I would hate for them to get the wrong idea.
The house next door was dated 1887, so its probably safe to assume it was built around the same time.

Absolutely no sign anybody had been living there. The pictures don't do it justice.
