    Had to return with the news that the huge shed was under demolition. It was inevitable I suppose, but It's a shame, because although the building was quite empty, it's sheer scale simply blows me away. Just think what it must have looked like when Iron and steel was being created here... and how many people must have been employed there!
    One end of the building has been demolished, and it cannot have long to go. One interesting thing that the demolition has revealed is the industrial named bricks which have emerged from the wall. I found a fab one from a local iron works, but the guard caught me on the way out and told me to put it down!!

    This brick was from a works in my home town... some 70 miles away!
