    Some history: (not alot of)
The Plane Tree Hotel was built as a house in the early 19th Century by Mr William Hopwood. in 1977 it became grade ii listed and in the late 1980s the building won Burnleys best improved building. It was shut down from being a pub, hotel and wedding venue in 2004 and stripped of its licence for following police objections. Been derelict ever since. now available on the market oiro £250,000.

    the visit:
There isn't alot to see inside really its just a shell (let u decide on the pics) ive covered this one as ive never seen it been reported anywhere!! and i prefer to adventure to new places. access isn't the greatest but it was fun. visited with none 28dl member.

Nice photo's, you're probably right with the location of the bar. They will have lifted the floor to take the pythons out. :)

Okay so anybody who checks this out; under no circumstances cross the room with all the missing floorboards (as in picture). The only thing through there is a single room with a dodgy couch and looks like what seems to be a homeless person's quartes i.e. clothes everywhere, pill bottles and used needles (which I managed to get pricked on :( Honestly by all means explore the rest but do not cross those floorboards!
