Report - Ickleton ROC post- september 2019

Hi all,
Another quick post from me,
Ickleton roc post, not much is known about it accept for it opened in 1959 and closed 1990.
Looks like there was a major fire in there at some point, another forum thread is pointing to this happening around 1996. Looks like it's in very poor condition, hatch is jammed open and the above ground observation post has had its ladder stolen.

Not many around Cambridge, but took some great photos of the ROC post in Newton the other day

It is jack, tried to put it back in place but couldn't move it at all, was jammed open unfortunately. Did put some old cardboard over the hatch when leaving to try and prevent the water getting in.
