Question - Pavenham ROC Post

Hey, recently I visited a ROC Post but we couldn't seem to open the cover, I will add some photos.
Does anyone have any ideas how we might be able to open it? There is a video on YouTube from 2019 of people exploring it, so I know that it has been opend recently.

Do a bit more research on roc posts and you'll find out how they were locked before people welded hasps on them.
As time goes by mechanisms and hinges seize up and doors can be stuck shut.

Once youve read up how they are locked you might want to read upon how to un stick stuck stuff.

A word of warning, after 5 years this may need more than a passing grunt and I would suggest someone with at the very least a decent DIY or passing engineering background would need to look at it.
