As you can see the outside of the post has been rennovated with fresh paint, the original hatch has been replaced with checkerplate, whilst the old hatch was found a couple of feet away on the floor.
The Sattelight dish i dont think was standard ROC issue
No idea what it's currently being used for, as there are NO signs with any information to work from in helping to identify it's use or ownership
