Visited with NursePayne,
After an organised visit to Springfield, we were unfortunately
not allowed access to the Old abandoned part.
We were told this has been derelict for around 18 year's and is NOT part of the organised openday,
so after the tour we decided to have a closer look
Springfield has recently been in the new's with various escapes
and attack's in the ground's of the medium secure facility called the Phoenix unit.
Nearby patient's shouting added to the unusual atmosphere of this hospital !
