LOCKED.
Spent about 15 minutes trying to catch a glimpse of the hatch as its sooo overgrown, only to find the hatch locked up tight with original padlocks.
Of note, is the aircraft post which occupied the top level of the windmill next door. The windmill is locked, however the ladder is climbable, but unfortunately the door at the top is boarded over.
