Unfortunately I still don't have my new camera thanks to my amazing new talent for posting off cheques without signing them :wanker

Me at the cool brick outfall.

Getting in was a bit interesting. Wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't for the step.

Made it! Maybe I'll take the manhole next time.

Inside the tunnel is a nice 7ft round brick pipe. The bad news is that there's a makeshift concrete sewer running through the middle making it a stoop-tastic 5ft. The good news is that it's a completely dry draining experience! This shot took about a million attempts thanks to completely random camera behaviour, but I'm actually quite surprised at the end result.

Found the source of the smell!

And now we switch to the flash

I heard a roaring as soon as I got inside, as usual I got overexcited for what turns out to be nothing. Thought it was a waterfall at first but it's actually just an infall that is so blocked up it doesn't even let a crack of light in. Water was pouring in from the top middle and bottom. Feeling somewhat more claustrophobic at the thought of only some sticks and debris between me and a watery grave, I decided to head back out.
