I've been holding on to these for a couple of weeks now and it doesn't look like I can be arsed driving the 60 miles down to them to check a potential lead

in the PDF I was reading it describes large cooling tunnels running from the river bank to the power station then an outfall further down stream

    derby - Google Maps

might be worth a look for the derpy peeps

It was a good excuse. The house was full of teenagers.

Sorry about the poor quality but it was chucking it down.

    So, this is the intake

The pipes are a lot lower than the river level and the grating is pretty solid.

I poked in here with a steel pipe and there’s at least 10 feet of water.

Not much left here either just the rails that the bar screen cleaner sat on.

    And half a telephone.

This is the outfall. The rain got too heavy for more photos, but the ends of these are submerged too.

    Scuba gear maybe?
