On my way back from exploring the Howden's works I saw what looked like an abandoned building in the distance. I had some spare time and it was only a few blocks away so I popped over for a look. By the time I got over to it my camera had died :(. So i just found it on google maps and got the photos from there instead.
Google maps link if anyone wants to go have a stroll around it themselves:https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@55.8532239,-4.2579379,104m/data=!3m1!1e3

The building looks like it is buckling at the top

Overview(the derelict parts are circled in red)

Has anyone seen/heard about this before as I couldn't find anything about it online? My best guess was that it was a set of offices with a warehouse at the back. Possibly for a nearby

Although that whole area looks deserted, most of the ground floor units are still in use – although I’m sure some are actually condemned!

The tall building in picture four was most recently used (with permission from the owner) in the early 00’s as an alternative art venue, set up by Franz Ferdinand and called “The Chateau”…

“Developing a DIY ethic from the start, they took over a disused art-deco warehouse in Glasgow, made it their base and renamed it The Chateau. The venue soon became legendary in the city - so well-known that the police spent a month trying to find it, eventually raiding it and arresting Kapranos. But the charges of running an illegal bar and contravening health and safety, fire hazard and noise abatement laws were dropped. The band took over an abandoned Victorian courtroom and jail instead, and named that The Chateau 2.”

The Chateau website is still appears to be online, and you can see photos of the interior in many of the links:
