Hi folks, a bit of a strange one this so I will keep it brief and do a mini report. This once loved family home in Botley was aquired by a national house builder 3 years ago as they needed the land at the side to gain access into their development. By all accounts this strange but large house is booked in for demolition early October.

It feels as if the former residents left in some hurry as there are still quite a lot of personal items left behind. It's certainly not as interesting as many of the other reports on here but as it is soon to be no more I thought it was worthy of listing on the web.
Thanks for looking-again apologies for the poor pictures, these were taken on my phone
