The UK isn't the only place that has experienced industrial collapse.
Unfortunately with the dominance of cheap Chineses goods, the USA isn't far behind.
Although our group the Stooges prefers a nicely decayed Mental
Hospital the increasing amount of closed industrial facilities are hard to ignore.
Words to this tale are from my partner The Moss Man

A journey at river's edge on a bone chilling winter's day, all photos by Captain Jack, Niteskye, Lopez and myself. I dedicate this set to the tireless workers who lost their jobs at these factories along the river here. It is odd to roam these painfully silent halls that once were humming with the sounds of roaring machinery and groups of people talking loud to be heard over the noise.
    1. The top the days assignment:
    2. Ambassador Jack waving to all explorers who voted him to office:
    3. Follow us, we'll bring you down to our level:
    4. Shuttered machinery, silenced dreams:
    5. Give the enough rope, they'll hang from it eventually:
    6. You can have my locker, I no longer need it:
    7. One has to wonder, did they post signs saying "DANGER" you might lose your jobs and livelihood.?
    8. Friable Asbestos perhaps?
    9. This instrument could not reflect how cold it was on this day:
    10. Workers once gazed off this platform to comment " Will you look at the tubes on that boiler, bet she could pop your steam valve".
    11. Valves of a different origin:
    12. Orbs of lost workers uop the draft:

    18. While we worked one of these places a Cop Car sat just outside,
blissfully unaware of our entry into the building he was supposed to protect
