AT-ST ( as in All Terrain Scout Transport from Star Wars)
It kinda reminded me of that ...so thats what I'm calling it! :D
Dunno if its been reported before ?

    Access is not easy.

Looks like a big dredger type 'thang...its big...big buckets
I'm assuming its for clearing out silt from the river bank so the local water traffic doesnt get beached...

    The bucket..

    Moving base..

    Higher up the crane

Looking down the arm of the AT-ST

Obligatory Beam walk heading to the top

    Bearing mech for the arm
