Only seen this site on here once, and that was years ago now, so thought I'd stick up the pics from my visit a week or so ago.
Not much seems to have changed from the 2007 report.

Tatsfield, on the north downs, was a former BBC radio monitoring station, doing technical monitoring, scanning for foreign broadcasts and getting technical details about them. The stations were referred by Tatsfield to the BBC Caversham listening station for listening to by linguists. History detail from this account of someone who actually worked here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/ww2peopleswar/stories/21/a7157621.shtml

Snippets that give the main points:

    Emergency exit

    Rack of electronic kit

A projector of some kind i think

    Main entrance (impenetrable brambles)

    Graphing recorders of some kind

Chalk board (in two bits), with apparent generator states marked on it

Other above-ground buildings appeared to just be bramble filled shells, and since it started absolutely pissing down (typical...) I didn't force my was through getting even more spikes in me than i already had.

Also took a look at the site of one of the London-Paris air route "aerial lighthouses" (see http://www.sadoldgit.com/a/page16.html)in the adjacent field, now site of a mobile phone mast and associated small building and bunker.

Site has almost an ROC post vibe to it, very much live a whole bunch of cables going from the bottom of the mast into the 'bunker'
some facts (from the sadoldgit.com page):
    Thanks for reading.

(Apologies for pic quality, I like nice photos but I'm not a photograper, I just use my compact (which since i took it skiing has no LCD !).
