Hi all, long time since I have posted on here.

A few months ago I paid a Sunday morning visit to the derelict joiners workshops as part of the BOCM Pauls mill at Selby (or to be correct Barlby, on the outskirts of Selby). Its huge, and spans the Doncaster- Hull railway line, a lot of it is very much still live, but there are large areas which are disused, certainly worth more than one trip.

Following in the footsteps of King Elvis who visited at the start of the year, and once I had worked out how to get inside I was rewarded with a rich treasure trove of items to photograph. The place has suffered quite a bit of vandalism, and one section has recently had what I can only imagine was an inferno, a lot of smelly pigeon poo also:(

Here are some of my photos:

    Pattern store:

    Rusty bike:

This looks like a wooden version of those things that they use to pull bowing walls back into shape:

    Classic old poster:

Paint store, with a certain amount of pigeon sh*te:

    Rather liked this, very colourful:

    The lavvy:

Chair on a boat, very random:

    Last one, an exterior shot:

Really great site, well worth more visits.

    Thanks for looking:D
