    Hi,

    This is 1,084ft tall :eek: It's the most amazing view from up there.

    It's the tallest free standing structure in the UK.

    Don't really want to say much more! ;)

    More surprised you got a reply to an 8 year old thread than the pics TBH

    They ought to open it up as an attraction. West Yorkshires answer to the Shard . A whole 360 panarama of Whippets & cloth caps lol

    And that restaurant is epic ;)

    Its weird, took the family to the media museum in Bradford , saw this tower on the way back - but then you can't really miss it...

    drove past the thing several time and wondered???
    what would you reckon the chances are of an unofficial ascent are?

    There would be no chance as its all barbed wired up. The only acces is via a security checkpoint and keys from the security guard to open the barbed wire fence. It's also alarmed now and have cctv everywhere. Plus you need a security card to use the lift now plus a code to get in the door. Even permission visits are now escorted.

    Remember when the original tower was brought down by ice and poor old Yorkshire television went off air after only being open for a few months. Great to see pictures from up top, cheers.
