One of the stop offs whilst on a whistle stop tour of the fantastic Silesia area of Poland.

This derp-tastic site opened in 1857 the plant was the first in Poland and only the worlds fifth cement plant.
The plant operated under various owners until 1979 when nearby mine workings caused irreversible damage due to mining subsidence.
