I am new to exploring derelict buildings & locations and I'm looking from some pointers and advice on what might be a good explore around Nottingham. On the other hand this being my first explore I'd need someone that would be interested in helping me out and knows more about what they are doing, as this is my first proper explore. Get in touch if local.

    Thanks Max

Hey mate I'm in sunny Bingham and I have gone local a few times, Mapperley tunnel is a good start as it is easy and there is a derelict farm en route! other than that, there is the lock keepers cottage around Muston (near Grantham on the A52) and there is an abandoned Mill and hotel at Langwith near Norton and Cuckney. That should get you started, if you find any good 'uns yourself, feel free to let me know, and if you want to know how to get in anywhere I just mentioned let me know and I will give you a heads up.

Don't go on your own for obvious reasons. A hard hat clothing to blend in and good torches and spare batteries. Always tell someone where you are going. Don't bugger it up for anyone wanting to do what you want to. Plenty of research.
