    Site information:

Around 6 months ago a small scale, but devastating silo explosion in the chemical works next to the warehouse left the site useless, and Ineos didn't pay out for what would be extensive and expensive repairs, so they have recently demolished the chemical works and will be selling the land.

The warehouse is gradually being cleared out, as you can see from our pictures there remains some large construction vehicles and tonnes of chemical handling and processing equipment.

The site is inspected on a weekly basis by Ineos - I won't say what day. The warehouse still has full power and we would say it is semi-active. There is a smaller, more derelict building accompanying it. The rubble of the chemical works is yet to be cleared and is good fun to scramble over.

    Warehouse exterior.
Interior - large orange empty shelving units, not too dissimilar to an empty B&Q.
    Large scale storage.
    Conquered the beast.
    Atop the office complex.
    Silo stands.
Large doors that went into the sealed and now destroyed chemical works.
The upper level of the more derelict building.
Mezzanine office room that looks over the warehouse.
    (Possibly active) Server room.

Thanks for your time, again, check out our Urbex Blog (see my signature) and have a good one! :)
