    Langley Mill, Macclesfield

Langley Mill, founded by William Smith in 1826, became the biggest silk printing, dyeing and finishing works in the world.

Langley Mill later went on to become Specialized Automobile Services, a specialist wire wheel manufacturer for classic and modern cars.

It's been somewhat of a 'tourist-trail' type site has this place over the past month or so, ever since the first report was posted I have fancied seeing it for myself, its my sort of site as its crammed full of things left behind, so much so we spent a good 5+ hours in there (no surprise there then!)

I know people like to see a mix of 'wide-shots' and 'detail-shots', so I shall apologize now that I seem to have got involved in taking many more detail shots!
