A map does exist, and the place is huge. It is not publicly available however.

Missed your reply earlier The Kwan. Yeah. I think an underground camp is justified in Maenofferen.
Dinghy or flotation vest. Warm dry clothes to change into after a dunking. Camp stove for hot food. Flask of single malt to celebrate and warm the inner man. Those flooded levels have to somewhere.

Hmm. Early summer trip before Praada jnr arrives? Post some dates nearer the time eh?

Good, is that the one with the surface tramline and lake outlines? Really handy to have it on trips to Maen. Though workings to the west of the surface incline aren’t on the map, such as the nice manway with some left over steps that rejoins onto the incline at Floor B.

The Cwmorthin Plan and Technical Rigging Guide are freely available on the FoC site.
The Maenofferen Plan is definitely not on most folks radar. My understanding is that Graham Isherwood drew one up (similar to his Cwmorthin edition) sometime in the early 1980s. This is not at all complete. The Back Vein workings are almost entirely omitted and as has been said nor are most of the West workings.

Knocking around somewhere I have a 3d model of the Cwmorthin workings, again based on Isherwood's excellent work

For the truly curious (nerd level curious) the Conwy County Records Office is an incredible resource for info on the mines and quarries of the area.
