    History;
    There is a ridiculous amount of history on this place. So much so from a variety of sources that i will go into a simple “generalisationâ€￾ of its history
    The Marconi Company opened the world's first radio factory on Hall Street in Chelmsford in 1898 and was responsible for some of the most important advances in radio and television. English Electric acquired The Marconi Company in 1946 which complemented its other operations; heavy electrical engineering, aircraft and its railway traction business. It was involved in many government projects for defence. The huge company soon saw its demise when new bosses Lord Simpson and John Mayo took the helm.
    The plunge in share prices came when the duo spent all of the reserve money that the predecessor had saved up on dead assets
    This place is deceivingly huge, it took us 6 hours to get through it and it was awesome 
