Visited with Sonorg, after finding the place (was a lot easier than the first time) we started to have a good snoop around the outside of the building. After a quick guide by Sonorg with regards to HDR photography, out of no where comes a woman and her very large rottweiler.

After some small chat, the lady kindly gave us a tour of the place, as her father was the care taker and her mother the cook. This woman was a font of information and was actually good enough to tell us where to stand etc to not fall through the floor.

Other posters have stated this as being a boarding school. This is not the case, it was used by the education authority for short school stays (much like an outward bound centre, but without the outdoor bit), military activity & training and hih class seminars. (The remains of the nissen hut are outside, we didn't manage to get photos)

The first damage to the building apparently happened around fifteen years ago. She now regularly has to go and check damamge caused by pikeys, some even have the balls to knock her door to ask her:crazy:crazy

    anyway, here's the pics.

    Breakfast Room

Toilets (The floor was well rotten in here)

    Weather Vane

The photo quality is actually a lot better than this, the software that I use to downsize images is not the best, so check my picasa if you want to see them in better detail.

Im sure Sonorg will hae his pictures up soon as well.
