Report - Spreepark, Berlin - August 2013

    I noticed that wea5el has already recently covered this site, so for a bit of history about Spreepark, I'll redirect you to that report (below) rather than repeat it all again.

    I visited Spreepark in late August 2013 with another like-minded individual, and since this was our first real UE encounter, we decided to go along during daylight hours to check it out, and then come back at dusk with the cover of darkness when there would be less people around. Our decision worked to an extent; there were much less people around at dusk, but it did mean we were on a tight time-budget before night fully set in and we would be able to see almost nothing. Unfortunately, we did not make it around the whole park and we were gutted that we didn't find the infamous rollercoaster, but we did get some good shots of the areas that we were able to see. Here are just a few of the more interesting ones:






    This is just one of the many generator houses we found, which would have contained huge transformers for providing power to all the rides across the park. Most of the equipment has been removed:
