The window of opportunity was open at last so advantage was taken.. Enjoy!

The Underground Factories were planned in haste and panic and propelled to reality by Lord Beaverbrook.

Spring Quarry, designed as a dispersal factory for the Bristol Aircraft Company, was the greatest and during its short life cost the tax payer £20,000,000.
